Custom & Personalized Items
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.


Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel & Select Products)
Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.


Non-Custom Handmade Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping Costs
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
