Many of our items are handmade and may vary slightly from product images.
Some items are made-to-order through third-party production partners (print-on-demand). These items may ship separately and have different processing times.

4. Custom Orders
All sales are final on custom and personalized items. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including spelling or incorrect details.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is accepted when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or inability to fulfill the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or order volume.
Some items may ship separately.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable except in cases of damage or defect.
Print-on-demand items are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
