What Is Wiggle Butt Society?

I’ve always been a dog person.

Growing up, I was a quiet kid, and my dog was my best friend. I’ve had a dog as my best friend my entire life... the one I talked to, the one who listened, the one who was there through everything. And honestly, that hasn’t changed much.

Even now, when I walk through the door and see that full-body wiggle, the spinning, the tail going wild, the pure joy that I exist... it fills my heart in a way that’s hard to explain. Dogs aren’t just pets to me. They’re part of who I am. They share my couch, my bed, and they’re usually the ones I talk to about my day.

And I love knowing that for their whole life, I am their person... the one who brings them joy, safety, and love every single day. That’s something really special.

I’ve also always been creative. I’ve worked in design for years - from typesetting and newspaper ads to print shops and eventually building my own businesses. I love designing things on the computer and then bringing them to life with my hands.

When my life shifted and I found myself figuring out what direction to go next, I thought about when I felt most like myself. It was when I was working with dogs - training, grooming, being around them every day.

At the same time, I had been running my metal art business for years. I still love making metal... the sparks, the cutting, the sanding, the transformation from raw steel into something finished and meaningful. But hauling bins of heavy pieces to shows and managing dozens of designs on my own just wasn’t sustainable for me long-term.

So I combined the things I’ve always loved:

Designing and creating… and dogs.

That’s how Wiggle Butt Society was born.

It’s a brand built around that feeling... the walk-time excitement, the leash chaos, the full-body wiggle at the door. I design metal leash racks, dog-inspired pieces, apparel and merch for people who understand that dogs aren’t “just dogs.” They’re family. They’re joy woven into everyday life.

Right now, I’m starting with the breeds I know and love most. But this is just the beginning. More breeds, more designs, and more fun essentials are coming.

And while dogs are at the heart of it, I’ll admit... sometimes wiggle butts have feathers or whiskers too. Because the feeling isn’t really about the butt wiggle. It’s about that spark of joy when your animals light up because you showed up.

Wiggle Butt Society is built around that feeling.
